1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Life Energy Academy website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Ministry Nature of Services
Life Energy Academy is a 508 nonprofit, Spirit-based ministry. Our services — including personal sessions, energy technology, and educational content — are provided in a ministry context and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
3. Session Applications & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee a session. We personally review all applications and reserve the right to decline any applicant for any reason. If accepted, you will be contacted to schedule your session.
4. Payments & Refunds
Session fees are due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. All sales are final. In the event of a cancellation by Life Energy Academy, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Client cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit their session fee.
5. Product Purchases
Products sold through our shop are energy-based wellness tools. Results may vary. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please review our Disclaimer for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and logos — is the property of Life Energy Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Life Energy Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
